TITLE: IT Support Professional
LOCATION: Shenzhen, China
SALARY: Highly competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
JOB PURPOSE: Provide support in the installation, operation and maintenance of computer systems.
IMPACT & INFLUENCE: This position will interact on a consistent basis with: Faculty, staff, and students.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties may include but are not limited to:
· Install, maintain and upgrade workstation and peripheral hardware and software.
· Respond to and resolve workstation, application and server related problems.
· Update desktop software/applications; maintain documentation on installed applications.
· Provide users with assistance in working in specific applications.
· Maintain/troubleshoot office related equipment and applications such as copiers, fax machines, printers, building access system and email accounts.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Degrees required for this job: Bachelor's Degree.
Years of experience required for this job: At least two years of job related experience.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS: This job requires advanced knowledge of and skill in the installation and maintenance of information technology hardware and software. Included are skills in problem solving, customer service, system documentation and communications.
TITLE: Administrative Coordinator
LOCATION: Shenzhen, China
SALARY: Highly competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
JOB PURPOSE: Provide office support services to include organizing and preparing correspondence, reports and other documentation; scheduling meetings and events; file maintenance, and related administrative activities. Facilitate the various actions required to successfully offer and conduct academic programs. Travel and logistical support to visitors especially international visitors.
IMPACT & INFLUENCE: This position will interact on a consistent basis with: faculty, staff, students, and office visitors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties may include but are not limited to:
· Compose routine correspondence; prepare and route correspondence, reports and other documentation.
· Compile and organize data for use in reports.
· Plan meetings and other events to include scheduling, reservations, arrangements, etc.
· Maintain office supplies inventory.
· Ensure classrooms and A/V equipment are in good working order.
· Print/photocopy class materials upon request from instructors.
· Make travel arrangements for faculty and staff as directed.
· Provide logistical information to program visitors in advance.
· Provide logistical assistance to international visitors upon request, for example, airport meet and greet, visitor apartment check-in and check-out processes, initiation processes for banking, telecom, transportation etc.
· Assist international visitors with visa, residential permit, lodging registration etc.
· Assist international visitors in case of illness or emergency.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Degrees required for this job: Bachelor's Degree.
Years of experience required for this job: At least two years of job related experience.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS: Oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
